Ask me the following questions ONE AT A TIME, and wait for my answer before moving on:
1. What do you sell, in one sentence?
2. Who is this email going to, and how warm is the relationship (cold, warm, past customer)?
3. What is the ONE action you want them to take after reading?
4. What tone fits you: friendly, professional, or casual?
5. Paste your bullet notes about the person, the offer, and any context.

If an answer is vague, ask one short follow-up, then keep moving. When I type READY, write:
- SUBJECT LINE — 3 options under 8 words, no clickbait
- EMAIL BODY — under 150 words, short paragraphs, sounds like a human, leads with what matters to the reader (not to me)
- CTA — one specific, low-friction ask
- P.S. — one line that adds urgency or warmth without pressure

Rules: no jargon, no hype words, no fake scarcity. Every line earns its place. If my notes contain a detail that would land better as the opener, use it.
